The 4A Medical Incubator is designed to incubate 4ASBI (24h) steam biological indicators, 4AEOBI Ethylene Oxide (EO) biological indicators, and 4APBI plasma biological indicators.
Incubation temperatures vary depending on the indicator, as the microorganisms within the biological indicators differ based on the sterilization method. Three incubation programs are available:

MOD 1: 48 hours at 37°C (for EO biological indicators)

MOD 2: 24 hours at 57°C (for steam biological indicators)

MOD 3: 24 hours at 60°C (for plasma biological indicators)
The incubator makes it simple to identify positive and negative results. If the sterilization is unsuccessful (negative), the color of the culture media turns yellow, indicating that the sterilization process was not successful.
