Steam Biological Chemical Test Pack

4A Medical Steam Biological & Chemical Test Packs are used to verify autoclave performance. The pack contains both a Class 5 Integrator and a Biological Indicator to monitor the sterilization cycle. These cycle verification indicators confirm the presence of specific time, temperature, and saturated steam parameters.

This product allows the end user to identify incorrect packaging, loading issues, and sterilization failures. To use, place the test pack into the autoclave and run it according to the operating conditions. Once the cycle is complete, remove the pack and check if the Class 5 Integrator's black line has reached the "Accept" point. The Biological Indicator is then crushed and placed in an incubator. After 24 hours of incubation, it is checked for bacterial growth. If both tests pass, it confirms the autoclave is working properly.
