4A Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators placed inside each sterilization package to confirm the success of the process. They verify the presence of specific time, temperature, and pressure parameters during a sterilization cycle.
The 3.5-minute Type 6 Indicator operates for up to 15 minutes at 121°C or 3.5 minutes at 134°C. The 7-minute Type 6 Indicator operates for up to 20 minutes at 121°C and 7 minutes at 134°C.
